We offer a 5% courtesy for payment in full at visit with cash or check and a 3% courtesy for payment in full at visit with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

For dental procedures requiring more than one appointment, payments can be made interest free at each appointment until dental treatment is completed.
Low Interest Payment Plans
Payment arrangements are made in advance of dental treatment. We offer convenient payments up to 6 months from date of treatment with an annual interest rate of 18 %.
Estimated Co-Payment at Visit
Our front desk staff will assist you in determining your insurance benefit and your estimated portion so your payment can be conveniently made on the date of your visit.
Pre-Authorized Payment on Credit Card
The ease of your payments can be quickly made by filing out a pre-authorization form so your credit card can be processed each month on the date you choose.
